Q: Are the phones purchased here fully commissionable?

A: Yes.

Q: How to do I get the phones that I buy from CPM?

  • San Antonio Dealer: you will drive to our location and pick up the product. The address and map is located in the "Locations/Hours/Directions" tab above.
  • All other market dealer: Your order will be shipped to you via UPS. 

    Q: How long will it take to get my order or be ready for pick up?

A: All orders placed by 12pm ship the same day. All orders for pick up will be ready within 30 min of placing the order on this site.

Q: How much is shipping for non San Antonio Markets?

A: Shipping is FREE on any size order; however we encourage you to place larger orders instead of a lot of smaller orders to help costs on our side.

Q: Are the quantities listed on the website accurate?

A: Yes. CPM uses a live inventory tracking system that tracks all inventory and keeps the in stock quantities up to date.

Q: How do I return and RMA?

  • San Antonio Dealer: Bring your phones back to the CPM Warehouse.
  • Other markets: A UPS shipping label will be sent to you. Shipping is free. Please see RMA section for more details.

Q: Does CPM offer price assurance or the ability to return un-sold product?
