CPM has now sold to the indirect side for about 6 months now and has handled RMAs a certain way. We know the way we have been doing it has not been the easiest or best so today we are changing that.
Step 4. Once you have the shipping label print it out, apply it to the box, give it to UPS.Please ship all accessories with the phone so they can be tested.
Step 5. Wait for your cphones to come back, normally about a week.
CPM pays for the return shipping of the phones and as you can imagine this can get pricy when servicing 100 dealers so in light of that we are changing when the labels will be emailed.
Shipping labels will now be sent only once a week on WEDNESDAYs. So Thursday-Tuesday send all the RMA sheets you would like. On Tuesday night, they will all be combined and a shipping label made.
We will process RMAs on Tuesdays of the following week and send back on Wednesdays.
When phones can back this is what CPM does to them:
1. Test them to confirm any problems.
2. Repair any issues found in testing.
3. Re flash to erase customer info
4. Test again to make sure it working 100%
5. Send back to customer. Will combine with orders if we can.
Fine print:
CPM does not repair cosmetic damage so if you take a phone back from the customer that is scratched up that is how you will recieve it back.
CPM still reserves the right to deny a claim if we think it is customer abuse that cuased the defect.
